I joined the Mobile Lofts in February of 2023 as the Community Director. After working in the apartment industry in Mobile, AL for 12 years and I decided to come to the Lofts because of the uniqueness of the properties. I love the challenge of not knowing what each day will bring. I have been married for 18 years and have a beautiful little girl that adds so much joy to my life.

Hello, my name is Taevion. I am the maintenance porter. I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and set goals to improve my work ethics. I can adapt in any situation, also in difficult situations I’ll find different ways to solve the problem. Even though, through the day I find a way to cheer others up.

There are so many things I can say about me as a person alongside being a man of God which is my whole reason for being. I'm an absolute workaholic!! I take pleasure in getting things done at the workplace. Always having the mindset of perfection! Being a follower for so many years working under many awesome men that taught me almost everything under the sun, I've matured and have grown to be an awesome leader. There's an old saying "you have to follow before you can lead, and that is so true. I always strive to be a team player because one person can't do everything it takes a team effort!! I love my family and my ONE wife and two kids. They are my world and the main reason I get up every morning and choose to be a good example and a leader in my household, and a good Christian example to them and others as well. Being the head of a beautiful family is not always easy, but looking back and realizing how blessed my family is makes me want to work even harder to spread not only a good attitude, a good mindset, but much Godly Love to many people that really need it! My daddy has always said "A boy will do what he wants to do, but a MAN will do what he has to do" and this young man loves to work and provide!!!

Hello! I’m Tabitha, I’m a mom of two amazing and energetic daughters. I began my journey in property management around three years ago at Stone Ridge at Somerby Park. Starting as a leasing agent, I learned to love this industry and those residents that love to call us home. I left Stone Ridge a year ago when I was promoted to Assistant Community Manager at The Mobile Lofts. As the Assistant Community Manager, I was responsible for ensuring top level customer service to all of our guests and residents. Recently, I was given the opportunity to return to Stone Ridge as a Marketing Director for our region. I am excited about this new journey and glad to be back at Stone Ridge again.

David's extensive experience in the multifamily housing industry since 2013 showcases his commitment and expertise in the field. Joining the Mobile Lofts team as the maintenance supervisor in 2023, he demonstrated his versatility and dedication by actively participating in the completion of renovations at Ann Street Lofts. Known for his positive attitude, David has consistently taken on various projects, showcasing his ability to handle responsibilities effectively. His proactive approach and willingness to contribute to different tasks highlight his value as a team member. Beyond his professional life, David's interests in motorcycles, cars, and anything with an engine reflect his passion for mechanical and automotive pursuits. This diverse set of interests may contribute to his problem-solving skills and hands-on approach in the maintenance and renovation projects he undertakes.
